TRADE WARRANTY & RETURNS

As part of our continual improvement strategy we have implemented changes to our trade warranty and technical service procedures to offer an even faster turn-around. As part of this procedure we ask that a returns numbers is obtained before products are returned to us. The returns number should be quoted on the outer carton the goods are returned in and on any paperwork or correspondence.

We strongly recommend using a tracked/signed for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items.This procedure is designed to make returning products as efficient and hassle free as possible - thank you for your help with this.
