![]() Terms and ConditionsOrders & DeliveryAll orders over £50 will be postage free, orders under this value will depend on the weight of the order. Confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you. Orders can only be delivered to addresses in the UK mainland. For deliveries outside this region, please contact Jim Walker. Deliveries are despatched within 24 hours after receipt of the order. If for any unforeseen reasons there is a delay, we will contact you. Deliveries are not made during the weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders taken after 3pm will be dispatched the following weekday. If an item is out of stock we will contact you by e-mail or telephone with the options of waiting until we can supply the original goods, receiving a suitable substitution or cancelling the order. All deliveries are made by a courier service that will require a signature for acceptance of the goods. Please let us know of alternative arrangements if you are unable to receive the order. CancellationOnce goods have been dispatched you cannot cancel the order however up until the time of dispatch orders may be cancelled. An administration fee of £10.00 will be levied on any cancelled products. Delivery will be initiated within 24 hours of the order being placed. Payments & TaxesWe accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron (UK issued), VISA Delta (UK issued), Maestro (UK Issued) Solo and American express. All transactions are in pounds Sterling (£). Online payments are handled using industry standard 128-bit encryption and are therefore highly secure. Refunds on purchases will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card account. Jim Walker will keep no customer credit/debit card details on record. All prices on this website are quoted in pounds Sterling and, where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. Jim Walker's VAT Number: GB 412 4099 78. Refunds & ReturnsIf goods arrive damaged please advise us within three working days by email or telephone to arrange return and refund of the items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us by telephone, letter, fax, or email within seven working days after they were received. We will arrange to exchange, or refund the goods, providing they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. Refunds for the return of goods and reimbursement of the cost of postage will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card account within 30 days after notification. |
