Refunds & Returns General Public

If goods arrive damaged please advise us within three working days by email or telephone to arrange return and refund of the items.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us by telephone, letter, fax, or email within seven working days after they were received. We will arrange to exchange, or refund the goods, providing they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging.

Refunds for the return of goods and reimbursement of the cost of postage will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card account within 30 days after notification.

We strongly recommend using a tracked/signed for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items.

We always aim to despatch orders placed by 2:30pm on the same day, orders after 2:30pm are despatched the next day.
Delivery time will depend on location, UK deliveries will be between 2-6 days approx.
For international orders delivery time could be upto 20 days depending on the country.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund international orders where carriage charges are unexpectedly prohibitive.

Trade Warranty & Returns

As part of our continual improvement strategy we have implemented changes to our trade warranty and technical service procedures to offer an even faster turn-around. As part of this procedure we ask that a returns numbers is obtained before products are returned to us. The returns number should be quoted on the outer carton the goods are returned in and on any paperwork or correspondence.
